Christmas spirit

Christmas is a lovely time of the year. I like the way that it adds light to the short, cold and dark days, and I like to sneak small things in here and there allready in november. It´s exactly the same with miniatures, and because I am playing and experimenting here, I can start even earlier, and my neighbours won´t notice ;-)

 

I usually make series of matching items. This year the main colors are silver, white and shades of pink/rose. As allways I try to match the brocante style, and this year I have been occupied with christmas ornaments or baubels with different kinds of finishes and effects. The shiny ones, the matte ones, the frosty ones and thr ornamental ones. These are just a few...

 

 

Another thing is items with prints. I made postcards, series of cards for garlands, and boxes with my own Petit Brocante design...that is so much fun...

 

 

 

 

Well, actually I am also making a collection of turquise baubels and ornaments..

I´ll have to show you next time ;-)
