Today Louise and John finished adding the wall paper to the bedroom walls. It changes the room a lot, Louise thinks. She couldn´t help putting a few personal things into the room to see how things fits together. The shoes are from
Patrizia Santi, the pillow, the rug and the snake skin bag are from
Petit Brocante, and the tray, the dress and the vanity box is from
Gypsy Boudoir.
Next step is the floor and the trimmings along the floor and the ceiling. Then Louise will do some painting on some of the furniture...
This room already looks very cozy and feminine! I like the wallpaper, the bed and the little things you put here and there! I´m looking forward to see more :-))

It looks very pretty, a lovely place to relax after a busy day. I really like that big wardrobe Susanne, I don't remember seeing it before, is it new or did you repaint it - or have I just been blind previously?
ReplyDeleteA beautiful room, lightness and lively.

Thank you for your sweet comments! I am having a great time here. Norma: I bought the closet a year ago, and I never worked on it, though it has been shown on some pictures. I think, it deserves a little patina, not too much, though ;-)

That armoire is so unique, Susanne! I love it. And the bed is amazing! I also love your choice of wallpaper and the feminine touch of the bag and shoes!
ReplyDeleteUne chambre où le charme est présent, par le choix du papier peint, mais aussi par l'apport de la "touche " très féminine.
