Different lights makes different shades of colors all day and night long. Louise took some pictures right after dark too se, if she still like the colors, she saw at daylight, but Louise realizes that she will never get "the right picture".
Louise loves the big progresses on the house. In the weekend the facade was done, today it was the small balcony in the front. The doors is still missing, but Louise couldn´t help adding some bedroom furniture just to imagine how it all could be...so she and John are sleeping in the house without doors just to see..
I LOVE the tiny balcony! And the tiny Christmas tree is just Perfect! I would sleep there too.... It is so exciting to have the new house... It is looking GREAT!
ReplyDeleteWhere did you find the balcony... or did you make it?
ReplyDeleteThe little balcony is a great idea, adds such a pretty interesting element to the exterior.
ReplyDeleteTell Louise that I love her balcony and that little Christmas tree is so cute. Do I detect a glimpse of romantic aura in the bedroom in the third picture with the chandelier on dim?
ReplyDeleteThanks for your kind words!
ReplyDeleteTroy: yes I made the balcony out of card board, and the fence is cut outs from a larger piece of fence. The stucco is carrying the balcony.
Lucille: Yes it´s going to be a romantic boudoir ;-)
I´ll show you the other balconies later.
Love, Susanne
Forgot to say: I am adding the christmas tree to Petit Brocante http://petitbrocante.blogspot.com

Susanne, I am following your progress over the past 5 or so posts . I also just came from Annie's blog. You guys are uncannily parallel in your deeds :).
ReplyDeleteThis house will be your pride and joy, I am sure. I am itching to start a new one as well and drawing inspiration from yours :)
I´m so envious. Louise is a lucky woman to sleep in such a room with that wonderful balcony. I can imagine her step out on her bare feet early in the morning hours to look at the sun :0)
ReplyDeleteI love the balcony, it's beautiful. :)
ReplyDeleteI like the balcony.
ReplyDeleteBye Faby
It's all coming along very well. I really like the finish you've used on the outside too.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comments, I appreciate it very much!
ReplyDeleteSans: Yes, you´r right, our minds work together, but we "talk" alot over the internet too ;-)Looking forward to see your new project!
Annie: You are right, but it´s winter now, it´s allready an odd thing to sleep without the doors closed ;-)
Love, Susanne
