Just one small thing

It is difficult for me to make larger projects while I am away from my home. It can also be difficult to take interesting pictures without my usual decoration accessories. But anyway, here I want to show you a small blanket, I have been crocheing the last few days. The green gets a little to blue on my computer, maybe it looks different on yours.

Bell jars and thimbles

You may know that I have a thing for bell jars, but did you also know that I like thimbles too? Small silvery things with nice decorations. I love old tools for handcrafts. Very often you can see, how much they have been used. I like that.
Today I went to a local fleamarked. I didn´t find any miniatures, I wasn´t expecting to either. But take a look at the treasures, I brought home with me. Old crochet needles, very thin with wooden shranks, some small trimmings and three thimbles. Everything very perfect for miniature world.
A thimble can be tranformed into a miniature in a few seconds..
It could be a flower vase..or a wine cooler..or?
