This is my first attempt to bake a mini-cake, I was inspired, because I recieved the litte mini-tart-plate on the photo in the mail today. I wanted to make a fruit tart because I have a lot of those little fruitcane slices. There is cinnamon on the pineapple slices and creme fraiche to add on. I think port will do for the tart ;-)

I had a lot of trouble cutting out the piece to place on the plate nicely, this was not a piece of cake! Well, in real life it´s often the same thing ;-)
