Ballet paintings

The image of a ballet dancer has been fascinating me ever since I was a small girl. Soft movements and soft colors. I´ve used all of these pictures on my miniature items before but this time I´ve decided to put them into aged golden frames and a made some selections, a pink one and a light blue one...

They are also easily matched differently, I guess, use your fantasy...
I wish you a nice week!

  1. Wonderful!! Congratulations for your work.

  2. Ik ben dol op ballet en vind je lijstjes dan ook erg leuk.

    Groeten Xandra

  3. So pretty ballet paintings!

  4. Hello Susanne,
The frames are perfect for the artwork. Very elegant and tasteful.
    Big hug,

  5. These are lovely, especially the ones in oval frames.

  6. I love how you're updating the site so frequently at the moment. Guessing you're preparing for the upcoming fair in Farum :) Can't wait to see you and your gorgeous things there!

  7. Very nice. I like them all.
    Bye, Faby

  8. Hello Susanne, I love the ballet and your little frames pictures are wonderfully evocative of how I love to think about it: all muted and delicate and dreamy. Very pretty! Are these going to be hung somewhere special?

  9. Thank you!

Tanja: Yes, I am preparing for Farum, and I am not posting everything here, but a lot more on my Petit Brocante side on facebook. Looking forward to meet you too, and to see all of your great food!
Elizabeth: I am planning to make an atelier for Louise, I think she started to paint and to make dollhouses in 1:144. If I ever get the time ;-)

    Hugs, Susanne
