Wash table

I am still occupied with painting and making imitated marble. Made this wash table last night, and added a porcelain sink, a faucet and a towel...

I am beginning to make my preparations for The Danish Dollhouse Festival in Farum/Copenhagen in may and I will bring tables like this along...

  11. Thanks again! Janne: I use a simple method. I paint the surface with a white matte acrylic. Then I make some lines with a normal classic pencil and smear it with my fingers and a rug. I add more paint just dotting it on, for instance white and creme. Finally I stain it with a thick glossy varnish, cause I like it to look like polished marble.

  12. It is totally convincing, Susanne. There is not a day of trying to paint burnished copper that I do not think of you :). Now we may have to add faux marbled sink to that :).
