A big step (House rebuild 6)

The house needed some steps and a front door. Louise immediately made it ready for christmas ;-)
The fence might need some finish, don´t really know how yet..

  6. The steps are a great idea. At first I thought that the guardrailing might be better if it was a lighter colour but then I saw it with the balcony above and it matches that railing so nicely that I think that when you see the whole house front together it's probably lovely as it is.

  8. Thanks again, it is so nice to recieve your comments!
Norma: I think the black iron fence would fit into a danish scene (Still a danish villa in the surbubs though very french inspired), we would seldom paint it lighter but keep the contrast, and I think the imagination of iron fence here is: It´s something black ;-0).

  9. Det er blitt nydelig! Og det skjer store forandringer veldig hurtig synes jeg. Brukt mange timer på forandringen?

Mona and Janne: The big changes happened last weekend and I took series of fotos then meant to be published bit by bit during the week, not to work and take photos every day ;-) This tuesday I actually fell on the pavement and injuried my left hand and arm, so I am not very fit for large projects at the moment. I can paint though and make smaller things which don´t require me to have strenghts in my hand and arm. Hope for better times this weekend..but I might change my plans from larger to smaller projects, depending on what my hand/arm tells me ;-)
