Ohhh woooow... I have the exact same cages and my patina is so poorly made compared to yours. They are BEAUTIFUL!!! Wonderful work Susanne... Hugs
Much better now, I am sure. They look great with the "agapornis". My mother has one of this little parrots called Tuca :)
Oh Susanne, they are wonderful...beautiful colors.gr.Heleni
Simply beautiful! =)
So ice, I love them. Rosanna
Love the finish you have put on the cages.
Now I'm preparing one for the nursery: These gaudy cages for birds, repainted, become extraordinarily beautiful!Yours are really impressive :-)Mini hugs, Flora
They're fabulous! The colouring is perfect. I've been looking at mine and thinking they will be kind of 'tricky' to paint, did you spray them with the base colour and then add others with a brush?
They look gorgeous! Nice colors! Great job!
It's a lovely effect and I like the way you've used the background.
Susanne ¡Te quedaron preciosas!!!SaludosFlor
Love your verdigris effect, I have a plant stand I might paint to look the same, they are perfect!
i love it!
i adore your birdcages!! i have just bought some to play around with, you have given me inspiration!! don't you just love how everyone shares ideas.. such a wonderful community!!! xx
Te han quedado preciosas. Me encantan.Muchas gracias por compartir tus trucos.Besitos, May
Se ven muy lindas con ese acabado, parecen antiguas!! Un besote!!
Wow they are beautiful. I love the effect you have got the painting.
They are so cute!!! I love them. Great work, congratulations!! Hugs, Pilar
Thank you very much! Norma, I didn´t spay first, but I should have, because its very difficult to paint inside the cages. I used black-glossy paint as a base but let the gold shine through a few places. Then I used a green and a brown acrylic paint and a gold permanent marker.Love, Susanne
Susanne they are wonderful, beautiful colors I love themgroetjes Ingrid
Me encantan como las has dejado, el acabado antiguo y oxidado.Es un trabajo genial!!!!besitos ascension
La bañera me parece una obra de arte, una gran antiguedad y un toque romantico con las rosas.Un abrazoMaite
I really can't believe it! You have a Indian Ringneck parakeet Susanne :):). And you have painted him a gorgeous home! Now maybe you can train him to tell fortune or better still, direct air traffic :). I have always loved birdcages. Yours are great improvement from the white versions that I have seen in shops here as well.
Very beautiful birdcages, I think they definitely look so much better now you've painted them! And your work is inspirational :)Lucia
Thanks!Sans, the bird is very clever, it really can tell the fortune. It just said that I will have a lot of minis! Love, Susanne
