I have been making some hats and a beach bag to day. Don´t you think, I ought to bring a straw hat for my vacation in Tuscany? I hear the sun can be wery strong there...
I took the photos with the items placed on the danish magazine, Isabellas, I find it very inspiring, though 1:1 ;-)

You got me with the magazine :-). I love the hats and bags you have made. And the picture....who wouldn't like the cabinet in miniature. :-)
ReplyDeleteDear Susanne, I hope you have seen and reviewed, like me, the movie "A Room with a View" by J. Ivory. If it was not, look absolutely before you leave!
ReplyDeleteThese hats bring me back to scenes in Piazza della Loggia, the shadow of the giant eyes of marble, David...
I hope you spend happy days full of inspiration, here in Italy :-)
Thanks for your very nice comments!
ReplyDeleteI am afraid there is only one bag 1:12, lots of you write "bags" ;-)
Flora: Thanks for the tip, I remember the movie vaguely, I loved it, didn´t remember it was Tuscany.
I think Caterine might bring a straw hat along on her journey too..
Love, Susanne

ReplyDeleteWonderful Hats, I was just at a heritage village with my kids today and these are very true to the orgional style. Just wondering how you make them or what you make them with?
ReplyDeleteLove the hats and bag, it was difficult to see that it is a magazine shot, I thought you had made the distressed chest too, very clever photography!
ReplyDeleteFabulous hats and bags! They look real!!
ReplyDeleteThose hats are terrific! I had to look twice to figure out which ones were from the magazine and which ones you made!
