Though I should be working with other things, my mind still wants to follow the oriental trail that I found, when I was working on the gift for Sans. I keep focusing on ornamental pieces everywhere, that might come in handy. I love candelights in the night.
Vupti, that metal piece could come off very easily.
And here is a small tray for a sherry glass (sorry, ran out of sherry ;-).
Or you might say, here is a little table..
..with small pieces on it..
See you soon!
Very cool!!! Love the table.
ReplyDeleteWonderful idea, love it.
ReplyDeleteI really like your inspiration: I also surround this type of objects that are reminiscent of the East and gives me a lot of calm and serenity.
ReplyDeleteUsually use candles with vanilla and cinnamon to enhance the effect.
A hug, you're also a great photographer!
Flora
The pieces on the table are fab!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much all of you. I forgot to tell you that Annie made the mini candlestick for me last christmas. The teapost is just an old one from I-don´t-know-where, and the glass comes with a sort of cherry wine ;-)
ReplyDeleteLove, Susanne
After a while, you will see Orientalism everywhere :). I see you already have quite a few in your collection. The table is beautiful, Susanne. I look forward to seeing your Oriental corner or roombox :).
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful! Inspires me to look around to see if I might have any treasures that would work to create such a lovely tableau?!

I love that miniaturists are always assessing the 1:1 world with a creative eye!
ReplyDeleteOhhh... I have a table like that...ehhh...candleholder like that found on a fleamarket. I see your eyes are tuned in on oriental mode...
ReplyDelete..Thanks again to all of you. I would like to have more time to spend in miniland, but I have to realize that I haven´t...could spend oceans of time there..
ReplyDeleteLove, Susanne
Very creative! As always...
ReplyDeleteBy the way I have an award for you...
Mini hugs
Anthoula
