Spring planning

The days are getting longer and tomorrow we have the 1. of march, officially the first day of spring. Outside there is still snow covering the ground, but inside the Orangerie you can feel the spring, when the sun is shining. Sit down, have a nice cup of tea, take a cake, close your eyes and enjoy ;-)

  3. Oh, your conservatory is coming along nicely!

It would be so nice to linger there for a while, with he sun brightening any day and a cup of tea, to sip slowly while reading a book, and the smell of the crocus flowers all around. Delicious cakes in pastel spring colours, the birds chattering outside...that is the life!

  12. It's so beautiful! I'd love to be there now. As we are seeing the workers pruning the peach trees in the orchards nearby, daffodils blooming and a plethora of red breasted Robin's around, they are calling for up to 3" of snow tomorrow so we are still in winter's grip!
